I offer a complimentary 30 minute introductory meeting which can be held in person (if you are in the Northern Virginia area), over Skype, or Google Hangout. This meeting is for you to decide if I am a good fit and if my services are the best path forward for you at this time. We will spend about 30 minutes discussing your goals, the coaching process, and what you are looking for in a coach. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about coaching and how it can help you. If you decide to move forward with coaching, I will provide you with a Welcome Packet to fill out before we meet again.
One on One Wellness Coaching
Once you have made the decision to work with me, we will set an appointment for the Foundation Session. The Foundation Session is usually 45 -60 minutes depending on your schedule and availability. We will review your completed Welcome Packet and explore your goals for the session. Together, we will determine small action steps that you could begin working on right away.
Follow up coaching sessions will be conducted at an agreed upon schedule. (i.e.- once a week, every other week, etc.). I offer my clients unlimited email communication and text messaging between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM, including weekends.
Packages are available for those who wish to commit to coaching over a 3 month and 6 month time-frame.
